Lucia Muñoz has 19 years of experience as a hairdresser and 12 years of experience as a licensed Cosmetology Instructor. She is certified in Bellami hair extension, Bumble and Bumble haircutting, Keratherapy smoothing treatments, and extensive color/blonding classes. Lucia strongly believes that continued education is a necessity to provide quality services for all guests.
Lucia is committed to provide a quality service. Catering to guest needs and meeting guest expectations is extremely important to her. Healthy hair is always her goal, and with her experience, she will help you make the best decision for your hair needs.

If anyone is ever in need of a hair color/cut/style/etc. I know we're to send them Thank you again!"Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important, it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request at least 2 days notice for rescheduling or cancellation to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival: Please understand that a late arrival may reduce your service time or may reschedule your appointment for another time and/or day. I cannot guarantee to provide the service you requested if you are more than 15 minutes late.
No Shows: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours will be considered as “No Show” and will be subject to a cancellation fee. No Call/No Show for a confirmed appointment will be charged 50% of your service amount. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the No Show fee is received.
